A building for offices and apartments was planned
Thanks to the flexible “todaytomorrow” system, a variant with four units plus a beautiful terrace apartment was created. The challenge was to put together suitable components in a contemporary way with the entrusted companies. This concept was further developed together with all of the executing companies and a own brand “todaytomorrow” was created for it. A house / residential building for the needs of today and our children from tomorrow.
The entire building technology required a sophisticated system. The new compact air heat pump “x²A9” (heating, comfort ventilation, hot water, cooling) was perfect for “todaytomorrow”, an integral overall solution for highly efficient buildings. The flexible, modular possibilities of the combination are suitable for many application variants.
The entire electrical and media system with the respective main and sub-distributors per unit allow maximum adaptability, as do the installed fire protection, alarm and intercom system. The energy requirement is particularly low and with its own photovoltaic system the house can be operated almost self-sufficiently.
A future-oriented management system for energy from storage media to e-mobility was implemented with the regional energy supply company > the “energy transition house” – “todaytomorrow”. You can find out more about this in the “Energy from Carinthia” magazine below!
Thanks to the very good performance of all the executing companies, the first sample building “todaytomorrow” in Pusarnitz-AT was so successful that we are happy to show it off and tell about it.
